Spain coffee is to Madrileos what Guinness is to the Irish. Any place you go you see people sitting in cafes enjoying a coffee, or standing at a Cerveceria shooting back a cortado. Point is, coffee is important. And if something is important in a culture, well, in my opinion that something, whatever it is, is sure to be the best at it.
