Hector: So how it all started, right? I moved here in 2005 from Monterey, Mexico. It's in the Northeast, one of the lesser known cities. Every time I say I'm from Mexico, people are thinking either Cancun or Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun - vacation destinations. Monterrey is 100 miles away from the Texas border. I moved to the US with a Mexican startup that was commercializing Aguas Frescas. Aguas frescas in a powder form like Koolaid or Tang. And I started as entry level field rep, driving up and down California selling in every single Mexican market in my 1999 Nissan Altima that I myself drove from Monterey to Sacramento. And yeah, I was carrying samples, I was carrying racks for displaying points of sale material. And I think that has been a key part of Tia Lupita's success.
