Mint 21 Mate installed and worked just fine with the Nouveau display driver. The driver manager showed Nvidia driver Version 515.65.01 as recommended on its list of drivers. The Version 515.65.01 driver installed without any issues and works as expected. My GPU is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 and my monitor has a resolution of 2560 x 1080.
