Okay my english is not the best I know. So the problem is: On power on the system restarts 3 times in a row. So on power on, after 2 sec automatically turns off, then automatically starts again, after 2 sec turns off, then powers on again, after 2 sec turns off. It is making this power on power off 3 times, then the ASRock failure guard stops it, because it knows the system cannot start, so it sets everything back to default in bios. So after 3 times of power on power off the system starts, I'm able to reach bios, I can make changes. With this default setting the system can boot up, and win7 is running without any problems. But it is really annoying that I can't make changes in bios because on startup with this rebooting issue everything is back to default every time. As I said this is the second mobo with this failure. I sold my ASRock Z77 extreme6 because I thought that the mobo was bad, but now I'm not sure, and don't know what to do.
