I am the IT technician for my company and my company had purchased this laptop. We do not support Windows 11 for our laptops, which is the OS that came installed, so I installed Windows 10 22H2 fresh onto the device. Install went fine and the device is fully updated, but there are -no- touchpad drivers, and the audio drivers are unable to see the speakers.
