Ok, by that, tested with a student in one course. Did work ... student did get an EMail with a link back to the site and to a link download a 'export.zip'. First thing that comes to mind ... email must work ... or I've not discovered the other means by which a student gets notification that their request has been approved and data provided. That for future exploration, I guess.
