Either randomly or if used too much, the player's systems (audio lures, the camera system or ventilation) will go offline, and they have to use the Maintenance Panel to reboot them, which often allows Springtrap to reach to the office faster, meaning the player has to carefully use their systems, especially on harder nights where errors happen more frequently.
