One other driver you might check that may help, Intel IO driver, from what you're saying your trackpad has listed a precision HID device so the correct driver would be the windows driver. So I suspect that the trackpad swipe may not be listed as a way to wake up your notebook from sleep you might check all your windows settings for your trackpad
