Actually it's no need for admin rights, SeLockMemoryPrivilege priviledge is a requirement, which can be met via Local security policy (gpedit.msc).
No need for restart after changing local security policy, just re-login or runas.
Anyway Win10 14393.2189 has been tested with flying colors.
