it has always been possible to buy keyboards with printed overlays that tell you the default shortcuts for actions in e.g. Avid or Premiere or Vegas; there is a whole industry for them, and I don't need it. I only actually use like 9 shortcuts in any given program, and I don't want to replace my keyboard with a shitty membrane one that has no volume control dial, solely to run one program every couple weeks. well, the editing keyboard is "some kind of mechanical" so i figured i'd go for it in order to get all the special keys.
