I recently purchased Sage 50 Pro CAN care 2023. The download went fine and it accepted the serial number provided upon purchase. However, when I enter the activation code given on my customer portal account it won't accept it. An error message is telling me that my serial number, account ID, and activation code do not match. I emailed my rep (she has since moved departments) but let me know that she, too, sees this activation code and isn't sure what the problem is. Given that it's the long weekend, the phone line is not receiving calls. I only have a few days left to activate and I don't want my progress interrupted by losing access to my software.
