then you(TM)ve got other issues. IT gathers & HR only uses this kind of data when HR needs to build a case against an employee that(TM)s already having issues. If you happen to work for someone that(TM)s going to micromanage you with this kind of data then you shouldn(TM)t be working for them in the first place.
