I would like to help you and therefore give you a helpful suggestion. You are welcome to get a King account. Please log in there with your details. In King you hardly have any problems. In FB you always hear about errors and problems. You can sync your FB with a King account. You can find this in the Helpecenter and follow the steps there. So you can continue playing without any restrictions. In FB you have to save your game progress and in king you don't have to and it continues automatically.
