So I've just had the new April 2022 update, and all my saved files have gone. and I am also having the issue of the sims 4 delivery error (code Code 00000008: 00000000000000c8). I. Have. Tried. Everything. Unistalled both sims4 and Origin, repaired it so many times, moved it to desktop, cleared both steam and origin cache. I even went onto an EA game help chat and they couldn't help.
