Currently, the dist upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 LTS to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS for Nextcloud 28, Nextcloud 29 and the new release Nextcloud 30 should work fine with the default sources. The Nextcloud releases support PHP 8.1 and PHP 8.3.
