Yes, I am aware of the no OC support on the mobo. Base clock of the 4790K is 4GHz, I believe...? I know it's better than its non-K counterpart. I will more than likely install a 500W PSU (maybe a 600, once I add up total wattage) I don't plan on upgrading the GPU any further after I install. I am working a project to launch in 2023, and since my main PC is OOS (out of service) I will need to build something to get me started on my project, because I don't think my 9020SFF would be enough. Also, it would be kinda cool to have (most of) the complete 9020 series.
