We have been relying on messaging to the person who schedules to forward the meeting information, however, as we know who should get these invites, we should be able to come up with a way to notify everyone ourselves.
Ideally, we could use the date/time info from Bookings to create a Teams meeting and send out invites. To create a Teams meeting, the Calendar id is required.
