Introductionand objective: Motorimagery is a mental process that involves activating brain areas related tomovement through imagination. This technique is used in neurologicalrehabilitation successfully, specifically with people who have suffered astroke. After carrying out a literature search about the psychometric propertiesof the assessment instruments, very few specific ones were found. For thisreason, a research study was carried out whose objective was to verify thevalidity of a motor imagery instrument, criterion of evocation of images,movements and activities (hereinafter CEMIMA), in comparison with another onealready validated, the revised questionnaire of the image of the movement(hereinafter MIQ-R), both specific for this technique.
