We have users on 2020 and I know of users on 2021 who the VBA and ilogic stops being able to open Excel. Reinstalling Office 365 fixes the issue but it seems to always come back. Some users have to reinstall Office every few weeks. Is there a more permanent fix for this that you are aware of?
