Como Entrar A Mi Cuenta De Facebook Sin Codigo De Verificación

I've had this problem for many months. Freezing, unfreezing, freezing again, etc. Sometimes it locks up Windows, but mostly it just locks up Thunderbird and renders it inaccessible until it unfreezes.
