Objectives:
- Identify the clinical presentation of alexia, particularly the associated neurologic symptoms.Evaluate the most common causes that lead to the pathophysiology of alexia.Determine appropriate diagnostic modalities in investigating alexia that enable positive outcomes for patients.Implement collaboration within an interprofessional team depending on the cause of alexia and the involvement of rehabilitation services for recovery.
