The Witcher III is not like those other worlds. Far from it. This is a place where you can really feel the wind ripping through the fields and villages, where the light properly dazzles you and leaves you speechless as you watch it rise up over the horizon after a long night on the road. It is a place of wonder and delight, and that feeling is magnified tenfold in ultrawide. The screen does tend to warp a bit round the edges, all told - a thing I noticed all the way back when I wrote my How to set up multiple monitors guide to do ultrawide gaming on the cheap - but I'm sure you'll agree it's a small price to pay for this absolute corker of a landscape.
