I'm having the same problem on QE65Q85R and tried everything. Netflix works on other TVs / devices and all other apps work fine on this TV.
I did think about doing a full reset so good to know it fixed your problem - thanks for posting here. I was trying to avoid it because of the number of apps and devices I have connected but I guess I'll have to bite the bullet
