Uber tier list is not 100% trustworthy, everyone has their own situation. If you haven't beaten intf and cotc, luminalia is really good to have, better than gaia in your case, because its got great HP, extremely good in niche (generalist in intf and cotc u f****** kidding me??? dont mention that here... thats for Sol thank you) long range, spammable, good KB (4 in total 3 reposition), low cost and OK Dps. It is a tanker that can be a mid range attacker when necessary, and can put out a long of damage. Comparing to other legend luminalia is actually really good. But there aren't that many new players now... In that case you should get kyosaka or gaia... Jeanne is also good, floating is a good niche, that is also why divine kai is B+, in my opinion she is A tier. Really newbies dont get gaia, its blindspot so huge, and since your normal and crazed cat are probably low level, you can't protect her. This is for us, the higher level players who can protect their ubers properly. In your case luminalia and cats such as cancan, ramen is better than most SS S A Tier ubers. At the end of the day the dominant force of the game is rare not SR or UR. Dont feel sad about not getting great uber/legend.
