Once i validated the key for the expansion pack, the EA app detected it, it showed up on the screen as to confirm it was this one that I had purchased, but then it doesn't show as owned in the app itself. I go to manage Add-Ons and the bonus content from the preorder is showing! Just not the expansion. It just appears as if I never bought it.
