I would rather have the black. Walking Dead 1 White vs. Black is very similar to a few of the Golden Age books such as Oct. vs. Nov. Marvel Comics 1 and I believe it was Batman 1 where there is period after the one. Each one indicates an earlier printing and one version tends to be scarcer than the other but they are viewed as first prints. Although with Marvel Comics 1 I do often see the October vs. November difference being mentioned.
