This thread reminds me...I'm not sure if it's fixed or different for PS4 XB1, but for me on PS3 when snow is activated on Mt chiliad and you fly higher into the sky with a chopper from the top of Mt Chiliad the world will gradually turn to darkness/black/invisible.
