I am having the same issue but im not on Sonoma yet so I dont think thats it. I have been on a chat with Microsoft all morning and the first rep told me to uninstall and re-install. tried that, didnt help. Second rep said it was a network issue that Microsoft is working on and to check back in 2-3 days. Hope he's right
