Ok, this works great, thanks. The Aiff file is m4a (is this the right extension?) and slightly smaller than the Flack file (about 2%). I just want to make sure I'm not losing anything on my 20K songs! Also, I noticed that even though the metadata carried through when I added to iTunes, iTunes did not pick up the album art. Again...don't really want to manually have to mess around with my 2k covers...
