It looks like there is no uninstaller for Reader in Mac. By deleting the application from the Applications folder and moving to Trash will be able to uninstall Reader. It looks like a different case with Acrobat Reader, which I can find the uninstaller in Applications > Adobe Acrobat X Pro > Acrobat X Uninstaller:
