So the screen graying/going white is on the laptop itself. This happens after disconnecting the dock. The issues have also never resulted in a blue screen (I almost wish it would at this point since I might get some info from the dump file). The laptops all have 7th gen i5 processors and 16GB of RAM and based on the users who have been seeing issues I would be shocked if they were using all of the system resources.
