This rebuild does usually fix the issue, but as soon as you sync a new collection from Classic you'll be back to square one with new edits/flags made in CC not syncing back to Classic. It's the problem I've been having for over two years and STILL no fix. More fool me I guess for still trying to persist with a broken product.
