Frank and Trey came out to give us an estimate and were entirely professional, yet down to earth and not high pressure. I had an issue with a shoe rack that was too large for shutters to fit and Frank offered to assemble the new one I needed. We went with Budget Blinds and, true to his word, Trey came out to make short work of the new shoe rack. They were installed today and we LOVE them. (We still have two rooms with shutters from Budget Blinds from 18 years ago that are still functional and beautiful!)
