I use the SysInternals AutoLogin on a few machines as well, especially on little USFF machines locked away running Intel Unite and one for my video matrix platform. All seems to be running well with the latest Window update without any major issue. I run a bunch of powershell commands to stop processes and reboots where required. All together they are especially useful if working remotely.
