I have changed the global footer jira is using by editing "/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/plugins/footer/footer.vm". However this file is NOT used for the footer in the customer portals. I really need to insert an link to our teamviewer quicksupport download here. I am trying now for 4 hours. What the hell is wrong with Atlassian that there is no option to edit the footer? To put things like legal stuff into a footer seems to me normal to me? For atlassian not? And to pay $ for a program where you are not able to remove ads? Confuses me a little bit.
