I could imagine, your Emby libraries was completely "rebuild" for some reason, ergo the plugin syncs every content on start. I've seen this by other users when they used scripts to modify content not even knowing, that a modification (e.g. nfo files etc) results in "modified" content (after a Emby library scan).
