with this configuration we are not able to see the launch links for the office tools on the BPC homepage in internet explorer. I have installed the latest BIG VOL EPM addin (10.0 SP 18 Patch 2 .net 4 build 8873) but no results. Starting Excel normally brings up the EPM and data manager tab so the plug-in itself is working
