Next, I will be installing Windows 10 to see if the keyboard works in Windows 10. If the keyboard works in Windows 10, and does not fail, I will consider it fixed enough unless the problem resurfaces. If the keyboard does not work even in Windows 10,or the problem comes back even in Windows 10, I am all out of ideas for how to fix it and will contact Dell support directly for next steps on exchanging the faulty product.
