If you install Windows 3.1, then Windows 95 Upgrade (the retail product, not OEM like OSR1 or OSR2) you don't need to run any third-party utilities to get dual boot to work. I guess you don't get FAT32 that way, but you probably don't need it for your 800MB HDD. I'm not sure if you can get USB support this way either.
